About an acceptance group
(no company) Kanoya-shi tourist association
It is "a tourism member" of the Kanoya-shi tourist association position to accept student and is active in 49 members now.
The tourism member completes a class of cause "food hygiene" and "the lifesaving" of the leader whom Kagoshima including a public health center, the fire department appoints in conformity with guidelines of Kagoshima and accepts people stay.

Urgent support system
As for the cases that student fell into poor physical condition, the person in charge of the Kanoya-shi tourist association secretariat gets a contact from the acceptance family. The secretariat person in charge tells tour conductor about information immediately.
During people stay acceptance, I prepare for urgent correspondence for 24 hours.

The headquarters of Kanoya-shi is approximately central
The moving time from the headquarters to the acceptance family's house is about less than 30 minutes. An acceptance family performs pickup and drop-off of student.
In addition, there is the office of the Kanoya-shi tourist association in the place of five minutes from the headquarters.
